Welcome to Your Next Workshop
An Invitation...for you, as a Highly Sensitive Woman, to explore and express who you really are and share your gifts with the world. As women, we are channels, receptive agents, connecting to the world around us. We have an awareness, a knowing. As women, it's everything ~ who we are, and how we show up, how we feel in our bodies, how we move about our day and live out our dreams. This channel is our gift. When open ~ energy flows and we feel fully alive. When closed ~ we can feel numb, disembodied, disconnected from ourselves and Source.
Sometimes we unconsciously close this channel.
Do you ever find yourself shrinking down to be more acceptable, less disturbing, less deep (as if that's possible), more pleasing and more attentive to the needs of others? Do you instead long to sing out, express yourself freely and fully, trust your intuition and experience the sensuality of the world around you?
12 years ago, I suddenly lost my voice and 15 months later, just as suddenly, my voice returned... (read my full story ). Through this experience, I discovered that my body has a powerful way of communicating with me and can inform the way I live if I tune in and listen to her messages. I found the more I ~ embody my expression ~ the more attuned I am ~ with my own essence ~ and the gifts I have to bring. This awareness led me to create Embodied Expression ~ so Highly Sensitive Women, like myself, would know ~ that how they experience the world ~ not only matters ~ but our lives depend on it!
Embodied Expresssion is... an opportunity to connect with other like-minded women as we explore a body based awareness practice ~ moving intuitively from the inside and discovering what wants to be seen, revealed and known to help you ~ re-connect with yourself ~ listen deeply to your own inner wisdom ~ discover the creative process behind your body "symptoms" ~ access and express your authentic voice... so that you can ~ activate your divine channel ~ enabling you to embody your own love and light ~ and express the gift that you are with the world.
Let's return to our natural state ~ to the free spirit that inhabits our body ~ and can inform us how to live in greater ease & flow.
